rTexViewer v1.0-alpha published!

After long time working on it, here it is rTexViewer v1.0-alpha!

rTexViewer arrives in two flavours: rTexViewer ZERO (free version) and rTexViewer ONE (low-cost version). Details for each version are provided on tool description page but main differences for version ONE are the addition of command-line usage mode and additional import/export image formats supported.

rTexViewer uses internally the outstanding raylib and raygui libraries, greatly improved in the last year at raylib technologies.
